How are credits calculated?

Costs are per second and depend on the model and resolution. Seedance 2.0: 10 (480p) / 25 (720p) / 60 (1080p) credits per second. Seedance 2.0 Fast: 8 (480p) / 18 (720p). For example, a 5-second 1080p video costs 300 credits. Reference-to-video also bills the duration of uploaded reference videos at half rate.

Do unused subscription credits roll over?

No. Subscription credits reset to your plan's monthly amount at each renewal. If you need credits that never expire, credit packs are the right choice.

Do credit packs expire?

Never. Credits from one-time packs stay in your account until you use them, even if you cancel your subscription.

What happens if a generation fails?

The credits spent on the failed generation are refunded to your account automatically — no support ticket needed.

Can I cancel or change my plan?

Yes. Manage your subscription anytime from your billing page — after cancellation your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and remaining credit-pack credits are unaffected.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, which supports major credit and debit cards. We never store your card details.
